Forward Scatter Radar Meets Satellite: Passive Sensing of Aerial Target Using Satellite Communication Waveforms

The problem of single-channel reception global positioning system (GPS) communication waveforms makes passive sensing aerial target difficult because forward scatter. This paper proposes a novel method based on linear canonical transformation (LCT) using the scattered satellite waveforms. proposed firstly preprocesses received signal characteristics traditional tracking loop and to effectively suppress interference direct wave through DC removal. Then, Gaussian noise multipath in channel are suppressed by applying rectangular window its domain. Finally, is performed peak value signals transform characteristic constructed analyzing Combining with matched filter (MF) estimate parameter. Simulation results show that can perform scatter scenario.
